Despite arctic conditions 79 tons of goods collected08 December 2010 Despite the arctic conditions hundreds of volunteers showed up in 71 shopping centres all around the canton of Geneva, achieving a harvest of 79 tons of household products. ICVolunteers was in charge of one stall, where a total of 3 tons of produce were collected. Ben Dixon, in charge of the coordination for the stall: "We can be very proud of the result, as we managed to contribute to almost 4% of the total quantity collected, and we only had one stall!" The overall coordination of Samedi du partage is lead by the association 'Partage' and the Centre Genevois du Volontariat.
